Macquarie Group's Business Operational Risk Management team within Commodities & Global Markets seeks an Associate to provide independent operational risk oversight for the Specialized Asset Finance business across the Americas. You will partner with front-office and corporate support to identify emerging risks and help strengthen governance and control practices in a global financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk management within financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and governance processes.
• Knowledge of capital markets, commodities or asset finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent operational risk oversight for the Specialized Asset Finance business across the Americas.
• Lead risk assessments, incident reviews, and governance reporting.
• Review new initiatives and change activities to ensure risks are identified and managed before implementation.
