DoorDash is seeking Senior Associates for its Central Strategy & Operations to shape delivery efficiency and build logistics systems. You will translate data into actionable initiatives, partner with product, engineering, and finance, and own end-to-end efficiency drivers in a hybrid work model.

Ideal candidates have 2-4+ years of professional experience in strategy, product or business operations and a BS/BA in Analytics, Economics, or Business. Base salary ranges with equity are provided.

Qualifications

• Communicates insights effectively using SQL/Excel models.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into actionable insights and initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Design and optimize systems and processes in collaboration with product, engineering, analytics and finance.
• Own end-to-end efficiency drivers and their impact on the business.
• Work cross-functionally with local operations, engineering, and product.
