Job summary

Val's Services in the Atlanta area seeks a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations to help deliver large-scale public sector engagements, focusing on transportation systems and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). You will design and implement innovative business and technology solutions and manage client relationships.

You will collaborate with asset managers and technicians, assess risks, plan projects, and ensure governance throughout the lifecycle while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years management consulting in public sector
• Bachelor’s degree in technical sciences or information systems
• Hands-on experience with transportation solutions including IBM Maximo
• Strong project management across full lifecycle and ability to travel
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing innovative business and technology solutions, manage engagement risks, project planning and budgeting, and maintain client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
• Evaluate project technical aspects, ensure proper development methods, and address risks related to requirements, business processes, testing, controls, and organizational change.
• Collaborate closely with client teams, asset managers, and technicians to optimize asset management operations
