Job summary

RG&T Solutions, based in California, seeks a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations to support delivery of complex public sector projects, focusing on transportation systems and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

You will assist in designing and implementing business and technology solutions for state/local government clients, leveraging IBM Maximo and Octave Attune, with emphasis on risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires three years of management consulting experience in the public sector.
• Experience with large-scale application design and architecture for government agencies.
• Hands-on delivery of transportation solutions with IBM Maximo.
• Strong communication, risk management, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing business and technology solutions for state/local government clients, especially in transportation using IBM Maximo and Octave Attune.
• Apply methodologies specific to public sector EAM projects, managing engagement risks, project planning, and budgeting.
• Maintain client relationships to identify new business opportunities related to asset management.
• Evaluate technical aspects of projects, including development methods, risk management, and organizational change.
• Collaborate with client teams and asset managers to optimize operations.
