Job summary

KPMG LLP in the United States seeks a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations within our Consulting practice in Denver. The role focuses on large public sector engagements and transportation systems, leveraging Enterprise Asset Management approaches.

You will collaborate with client teams, asset managers, and executives to design and implement practical solutions, including IBM Maximo-based implementations. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management consulting experience focused in the public sector and state/local government as a technical architect for large scale application design.
• Bachelor's degree in technical sciences or information systems and/or related technical background/certifications in EAM.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver transportation related solutions including experience with IBM Maximo; project management experience in full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience providing enterprise architecture analysis and design services for large scale system implementation projects with modular systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of large, complex public sector engagements focusing on transportation systems and EAM.
• Execute methodologies and solutions specific to public sector and state/local government in Enterprise Asset Management.
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, budgeting, and content definition to secure management buy-in.
• Maintain relationships with state/local government agencies and partners to generate new business in EAM.
• Evaluate projects from a technical stance, assessing requirements, process design, testing, and change management.
• Work closely with client teams, asset managers, and supervisors related to asset management operations.
