Role Overview

A Senior Associate in Customer & Operations within the Advisory practice focuses on delivering complex public sector and government engagements, particularly in transportation systems, utilizing technologies like IBM Maximo and Octave Attune.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise asset management solutions for state/local government clients.
• Execute industry-specific methodologies, ensuring project success and stakeholder buy-in from top management.
• Manage engagement risks, project finances, planning, and deliverable content.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and commercial partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Assess projects from a technical perspective, ensuring proper development methods, risk management, and organizational change management.
• Collaborate with client teams, asset managers, and technical staff involved in asset management operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least three years of management consulting experience in the public sector, with a focus on application design and architecture, preferably within government agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in technical sciences, information systems, or related fields; certifications in EAM are a plus.
• Experience delivering transportation-related solutions, especially with IBM Maximo, and full lifecycle project management skills.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture analysis, large-scale system implementation, and transportation infrastructure knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
