Role Overview: The Senior Associate in Customer & Operations supports the delivery of complex public sector and government engagements, focusing on transportation systems and enterprise asset management solutions such as IBM Maximo and Octave Attune.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and managing business and technology services for government clients.
• Execute industry-specific methodologies for enterprise asset management projects.
• Manage engagement risks, project planning, budgeting, and deliverable definitions to secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Maintain relationships with government agencies and commercial partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Evaluate project technical aspects, ensuring correct development methods, risk management, and organizational change strategies.
• Collaborate closely with client teams, asset managers, and technical staff to optimize asset management operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum three years of management consulting experience in the public sector, with expertise in large-scale application design and architecture, preferably within government agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical sciences or information systems; certifications in EAM are a plus.
• Experience delivering transportation-related solutions, especially with IBM Maximo, and full lifecycle project management skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture analysis and large system implementation.
• Understanding of transportation infrastructure support.
• Ability to travel as needed and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
