Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields with 3–4 years experience or MS with 0–2 years.
• Laboratory research experience and ability to interpret data.
• Strong collaboration and effective communication in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute milligram to gram-scale conjugation experiments in development labs.
• Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in ELNs and reports.
• Present results to stakeholders and manage data communication with teams.
• Assist or lead technology transfer to clinical and commercial facilities.
• Troubleshoot and support manufacturing campaigns; collaborate cross-functionally.
