Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, pharmacology, animal science, cancer biology, or related field.
• Hands-on in vivo procedures with rodents in research or biotech settings.
• Experience with tumor measurements, dosing, sample collection, and study documentation.
• Ability to follow protocols and SOPs with precision.
• Understanding of oncology pharmacology concepts and biomarkers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple studies.
• Effective written and verbal communication within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine in vivo oncology studies to support ADC programs.
• Assist xenograft, syngeneic, and other oncology models per protocols.
• Support pharmacology studies, biomarkers, dosing schedules.
• Prepare study materials, confirm dosing/sampling schedules.
• Maintain compliant study records in electronic data capture systems.
• Communicate observations and risks promptly to managers.
• Collaborate with vivarium operations and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure work adheres to IACUC, animal welfare, biosafety and Pfizer policies.
