Job summary

JPMC is seeking a Senior Associate Recruiter to connect top talent with impactful opportunities within a fast-paced risk and compliance environment. You will help shape hiring strategies, partner with senior leaders, and manage full recruitment lifecycle to deliver high-quality hires.

You will source and qualify candidates for finance-focused roles, lead intake calls with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and provide a best-in-class candidate experience while aligning with global guidance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiter roles.
• Experience sourcing and pipelining finance roles.
• Excellent client management and relationship-building.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present recruiting activity to senior clients when required.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Qualify requisitions and ensure alignment with global guidance.
• Lead intake calls with hiring managers and offer guidance on recruitment processes, controls and policies.
• Proactively map talent, create, add to, and manage candidate talent pools in your market.
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates through various channels, with sourcing partner support as needed.
• Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with the interview team.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Act as a subject matter expert, influencing decision-making with hiring managers.
• Conduct pre-offer candidate calls and manage offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with HR and compensation for offer approvals.
• Present recruiting activity to senior client groups and manage escalations.
