Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Project Management in Greenville, TX. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex material programs.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, supplier coordination, and risk mitigation, with focus on SOWs, buy/make decisions, and performance reporting to program leadership. Active clearance and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain/maintain clearance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex material programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material program budget and forecast for the program.
• Collaborate with Program Office, Management, and stakeholders to define task requirements and schedules.
• Interface with Engineering, Planning, Procurement to ensure releases and schedules are met.
• Review proposals and SOWs; monitor make/buy decisions; manage supplier issues.
• Use PM tools to track budget, schedule, and program performance.
• Lead monthly customer meetings to ensure successful outcomes and cost control.
• Assist in providing MPM labor and material estimates.
