Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our Production Services team in New York, NY. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Inquiry/Payment Application support, mainly for newer 'Immediate Payments' products and services.
2. Researching moderate to complex payment issues related to Application and Infrastructure components, collaborating with various teams to resolve issues.
3. Monitoring system health, responding to alerts, diagnosing issues, and resolving incidents to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
4. Contributing to team objectives and working on special projects as assigned.
5. Gathering metrics, reporting, and tracking SLA's and OLA's.
6. Conducting incident post-mortems, documentation, and creating procedures and reference documents to prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience; 4-6 years in applications support or production environment; experience in securities or financial services is a plus.
2. Providing on-site and on-call support, analyzing and collaborating with teams to remediate issues.
3. Effective communication with customers and end users.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and tracking.
5. Ability to research issues independently and share knowledge with clients and team members.
