We’re seeking a Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our Production Services team. This role is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid in-office work arrangement.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

• Supporting client inquiries and payments, mainly for newer ‘Immediate Payments’ products and services.
• Researching moderate to complex payment issues related to applications and infrastructure. Collaborating with various teams to resolve issues.
• Monitoring system health, responding to alerts, diagnosing issues, and minimizing downtime and disruptions.
• Contributing to team objectives and working on special projects.
• Gathering metrics, reporting, and tracking SLAs and OLAs.
• Conducting incident post-mortems, documentation, and creating procedures and reference materials to prevent recurring issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 4-6 years in applications support or production environments; experience in securities or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to provide on-site and on-call support, working with various teams to resolve issues.
• Strong communication skills, both formal and informal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and tracking.
• Independent research skills and the ability to share knowledge with clients and team members.
