Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Operations professional in the United States to partner with product managers and guide AI-enabled feature delivery from idea to general availability.

You will surface risks and portfolio insights, coordinate dependencies, and support alpha/beta planning while ensuring clear success criteria and customer-ready materials. This role emphasizes healthcare tech familiarity and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• - 5+ years of professional experience in product operations, PM, or related field.
• - Experience with electronic health records, clinical workflows, population health, or value-based care payments preferred.
• - Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• - Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience


• 1–2 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related field


• Experience with electronic health records, clinical workflows, population health, and value-based care payments preferred


• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, Codex, or similar tools


• Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools in daily work to improve productivity and decision-making


• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies


• Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred


• Proven ability to influence partners across functions and levels without direct authority


• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear actions


• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
