State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate for the Private Credit Fund Services team within the International Fund Services group. The role focuses on accounting, financial reporting, and administration for global Private Credit funds and affiliated entities.

Qualifications

• Fund accounting experience required.
• Experience communicating verbally and in writing with senior internal/external clients.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with ability to multi-task to meet client deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the general ledger for various fund entities.
• Prepare work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules and capital allocations.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data.
• Review/prep capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare management, annual and incentive fee calculations.
• Prepare client correspondences.
• Compute waterfalls and capital allocations.
• Engage in special projects as requested.
