Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate in Private Credit Fund Services. You will maintain ledgers, prepare schedules and performance data, and analyze fund results for global private credit funds. Responsibilities include capital calls, distributions, fee calculations, and client communications.

You will work with a team of accounting professionals delivering end-to-end fund accounting and reporting with opportunities to lead projects and interact with senior clients.

Qualifications

• Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience.
• Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and to meet client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities.
• Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules and capital account allocations.
• Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data.
• Reviewing and/or preparing of capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations.
• Preparing management, annual and incentive fee calculations.
• Preparing various client correspondences.
• Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations.
• Special projects as requested.
