Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a skilled fund accounting professional to support the Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services team within the International Fund Services group. You will manage ledgers, prepare financial statements and disclosures, and review capital calls and distributions for premier real estate funds.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund accounting or public accounting.
• Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with clients.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with multi-tasking and meeting client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities.
• Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements, schedules and capital allocations.
• Preparing financial statements and footnote disclosures.
• Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data.
• Reviewing and/or preparing capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations.
• Preparing management, annual and incentive fee calculations.
• Preparing client correspondences.
• Calculating waterfalls and capital allocations.
• Handling special projects as requested.
