Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Associate in Atlanta, GA to join the Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services team. You will prepare, analyze and report investment and fund performance data for global real estate funds and related entities, communicating with clients and partners to manage daily accounting and fund administration tasks.

The role requires a accounting degree and at least 3+ years of ledger/accounting experience, with advanced Excel skills; CPA pursuit is preferred.

Qualifications

• A college degree (accounting preferred) and at least 3+ years of general ledger accounting or audit experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, vlookup)

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities.
• Preparing financial statements and footnote disclosures.
• Analyzing monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data.
• Reviewing capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations.
• Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations.
• Ensuring compliance with legal documents and client communications.
