Job summary

Tempus is seeking a Client Management Operations professional based in the United States to manage client activities, collect key project metrics, and provide proactive, detailed materials for client touchpoints. The role requires coordinating across lab, order processing, finance, and customer success teams to keep projects on track.

You will own client relationships, lead efficient meetings, and escalate critical issues when needed, all while maintaining high-quality collateral and organized

Qualifications

• 2+ years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated interest in Healthcare industry and business side of science.
• Self-starter with proactive communication, highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work with external and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask key questions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Management Operations team by managing client activities and collecting project metrics.
• Own client relationships and ensure meetings are held efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders (lab, order processing, finance, customer success) to move samples through the lab and meet budgets/timelines.
• Escalate and resolve critical project issues with initiative and limited oversight.
• Maintain accurate collateral and organized documentation across projects and portals.
• Contribute ideas to internal initiatives to improve product offerings and SOPs.
