Job summary

PwC is seeking a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Senior Associate in Rosemont, IL to guide clients through post-merger integration and value realization. You will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and build strong client relationships while delivering solutions aligned with PwC methodologies.

Ideal candidates have MBA credentials (or in final year) and at least 3 years of experience, with travel up to 80% and exposure to IPO and carve-out planning.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading post-merger integration efforts to capture synergies and optimize operations.
• Conducting detailed synergy analysis to identify cost savings and revenue growth opportunities.
• Managing stakeholder engagement to facilitate smooth transitions during separations and divestitures.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to support enhanced due diligence and HR due diligence processes.
• Developing strategic plans for carve-outs and IPOs.
• Applying project management skills to oversee complex deal integration projects.
• Collaborating with clients to deliver value creation strategies and drive successful integration outcomes.
• Conducting market research to inform M&A strategy and decision-making processes.
• Guiding teams in change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
