Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration efforts to capture synergies and optimize operations.
• Conduct synergy analysis to identify cost savings and revenue growth opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder engagement during separations and divestitures.
• Support due diligence processes and HR due diligence.
• Develop strategic plans for carve-outs and IPOs.
• Oversee complex deal integration projects with strong project management.
