Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to support client growth.
• Conduct competitive and industry trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Perform financial due diligence and analyze financial statements for decision-making.
• Build financial models and run scenario analyses for deal outcomes.
• Support post-merger integration and value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with corporate development to structure deals and optimize terms.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
