Qualifications

• MBA candidate or holder with emphasis on business strategy and operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in advisory, M&A, or post-merger integration.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others and apply firm methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading post-merger integration efforts to capture synergies and optimize operations.
• Conducting synergy analyses to identify cost savings and revenue growth opportunities.
• Managing stakeholder engagement to facilitate smooth transitions during separations and divestitures.
• Supporting due diligence processes including HR due diligence.
• Developing strategic plans for carve-outs and IPOs.
• Applying project management skills to oversee complex deal integration projects.
