PwC is seeking a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Senior Associate in Rosemont, IL to guide clients through post-merger integration and value realization. You will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and build strong client relationships while delivering solutions aligned with PwC methodologies.

Ideal candidates have MBA credentials (or in final year) and at least 3 years of experience, with travel up to 80% and exposure to IPO and carve-out planning.

The Opportunity As a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of post-merger integration and value realization. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to help businesses capture synergies, optimize operations, and drive successful integration outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role, you will be exposed to clients, developing an understanding of how to build meaningful relationships while navigating increasingly complex situations. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions that align with the firm’s methodologies and resources. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, all while contributing to the firm’s overall business strategies.

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
• At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
