PwC is seeking a Delivering Deal Value Senior Associate to guide clients through post-merger integration and value realization. You will help capture synergies, optimize operations, and build client relationships while aligning with PwC methodologies.

You will mentor teams, analyze complex issues, manage stakeholder engagement during separations and IPOs, and contribute to strategic carve-out plans with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed an MBA with focus on corporate strategy or advisory services.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-MBA experience in advisory or consulting.
• Launched in MBA final year applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration efforts to capture synergies and optimize operations.
• Conduct detailed synergy analyses for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Manage stakeholder engagement during separations and divestitures.
• Support due diligence, HR diligence, and change management initiatives.
• Develop strategic plans for carve-outs and IPOs.
• Oversee complex deal integration projects with strong project management.
