Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is urgently hiring an Employment Litigation Attorney in Orange County, a hybrid role with base pay and uncapped commissions, up to $350k total compensation. The attorney will handle a plaintiff docket end-to-end, including intake, discovery, motions, and trial prep, with mentorship from the founder.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years of plaintiff employment litigation experience, strong deposition and briefing skills, and a California bar license.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years plaintiff employment litigation preferred; will consider 5+ years if you can independently run multiple cases cradle-to-grave.
• Strong depos, brief-writing, and courtroom skills; trial experience ideal.
• California bar; business-development mindset a plus (and rewarded).

Responsibilities

• Manage a plaintiff employment docket end-to-end (intake, strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, trial).
• Areas of practice: Wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage & hour class actions.
• Take and defend depositions (fact & expert); draft and argue substantive motions.
• Collaborate closely with the principal; help move files decisively and deliver results for clients.
• Up to $350k package inc commissions and origination
