Qualifications

• 7 years experience in employment law with a focus on single-plaintiff matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys handling single-plaintiff employment litigation.
• Oversee full lifecycle of cases from intake and strategy through litigation.
• Assess new matters, evaluate merits, and guide case direction.
• Supervise pleadings, motions, discovery, and other filings.
• Oversee or participate in settlement discussions, mediations, and trial prep as needed.
• Collaborate with support staff and departments to progress matters efficiently.
• Provide mentorship, training, and quality control across the team.
• Work with firm leadership to improve departmental performance and growth.
