The role requires a JD, active bar status, and 5+ years of pre-litigation PI experience with California law expertise. You will handle investigations, demand packages, and negotiations while maintaining client relationships and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, pre-litigation.
• Active attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of California personal injury law and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Conduct investigations and evaluate liability, damages, and exposure.
• Draft pre-litigation demand packages and legal documentation.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain proactive client communication and deadlines.
