Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or related field within financial services.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint with experience in executive presentations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives by partnering with product managers and business stakeholders to improve performance and business outcomes
• Develop executive presentations and materials that communicate business performance, opportunities, and market insights
• Analyze data and provide recommendations that support decision‑making and strategic priorities
• Perform ad hoc analyses to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create reporting and forecasting tools that provide meaningful performance insights
• Partner with product management, finance, and business teams to coordinate key deliverables and initiatives
• Drive process improvements and automation efforts in collaboration with data and technology partners
