Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks a Senior Associate to help product-manage the planning, build, and delivery of shared payment services across Chase's Banking Payment products.

You will partner with a NY-based engineering squad and cross-functional stakeholders to modernize legacy patterns into modular, highly available services with production readiness, strong controls, and observable performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or platform/service delivery within financial services tech.
• Experience delivering payments or transaction products across multiple systems.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve discovery, planning, and delivery.
• Translate business outcomes into clear, testable requirements.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, event streaming, databases, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leaders and NY-based engineers to shape strategy and delivery plans for a shared payments servicing capability.
• Drive discovery using AI-assisted workflows and refine requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a healthy backlog and provide executive-ready updates on risks and decisions.
• Coordinate release readiness activities and triage issues affecting end-to-end payment experiences.
• Collaborate across teams to adopt shared APIs/services with minimal roadblock to roadmaps.
