Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks an Senior Associate Business Manager for the Payments team to support strategic planning, performance management, and key business initiatives within the Digital & Design organization of Payments. You will leverage data, analytics, and executive communications to guide leaders toward informed decisions and growth.

In collaboration with product managers and business partners, you will help streamline processes, enhance performance, and drive long-term expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Analytics, or related field.
4+ years in strategy consulting, corporate development, or related finance roles.
Experience with large data sets and executive-ready storytelling.

Responsibilities

Support strategic initiatives by partnering with product managers and business stakeholders to improve performance and business outcomes
Develop executive presentations and materials that communicate business performance, opportunities, and market insights
Analyze data and provide recommendations that support decision-making and strategic priorities
Perform ad hoc analyses to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Create reporting and forecasting tools that provide meaningful performance insights
Partner with product management, finance, and business teams to coordinate key deliverables and initiatives
Drive process improvements and automation efforts in collaboration with data and technology partners
