Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate in the Connected Commerce Banking Payments group to help plan, build, and deliver shared services for scalable payment experiences. You will partner with NY-based engineering teams to modernize legacy patterns into modular, highly available services.

Responsibilities include shaping strategy, prioritizing work, and ensuring production readiness while coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience delivering payments or transaction products across multiple systems.
• Experience using AI tools to improve discovery and planning.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into clear requirements.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, event streaming, databases, and production readiness concepts.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a shared payments servicing capability.
• Drive discovery and refinement using AI-assisted workflows.
• Define and prioritize epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a healthy backlog and provide executive-ready updates.
• Collaborate with Agility Leads on Release Planning and Sprint events.
• Coordinate release readiness, regression/UAT, and post-release validation.
• Triage issues with developers, operations, and production management.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and onboarding of shared APIs/services.
