Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to drive platform services for payments, partnering across product, tech and business teams. You will manage data replication initiatives, align with modernization timelines, and lead multiple development teams in a fast-paced environment.

Require 5+ years in digital product management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong stakeholder management. Financial services experience and familiarity with payments architecture are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital product management or similar fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise in payments architecture, data replication, and digital platforms.
• Experience with complex data environments and data replication.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, tech, and business teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of platform services for Chase’s payments ecosystem.
• Navigate data environments to replicate/synchronize data across systems.
• Align platform work with APG modernization timelines and priorities.
• Advocate for data replication solutions with Technology teams.
• Manage teams building databases and services powering payment experiences.
• Drive integration of platform capabilities across strategic initiatives.
• Oversee backlog and roadmap aligning to objectives and modernization goals.
• Facilitate sprint planning and optimize resource use with engineering leads.
• Build relationships with Product, Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
• Support production issue resolution and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
