Job summary

WGA Advisors is seeking a Senior Associate, Organizational Change Management to deliver exceptional consulting services for demanding clients. You will leverage ten years of Tier-1 management consulting experience to drive organizational design and change initiatives across industries.

Responsibilities include client engagement, contract development, and leading project teams of up to five, delivering data-driven insights with PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Tier-1 management consulting experience.
• Experience managing client relationships, contracts, and change orders.
• Lead teams of up to five resources to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Experience in organizational design and change roadmaps.
• Familiarity with PMI PMBOK and Prince2 methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Address problem escalation, resolve conflicts, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop, prepare, and negotiate master service agreements, SOWs, RFPs, and change orders.
• Evaluate and assess organizational design to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and propose organizational change roadmaps and succession planning strategies.
• Lead and manage project teams to deliver results within timelines and budgets.
• Build tools in Excel to analyze surveys and large datasets for actionable insights.
• Communicate complex strategies clearly to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence.
• Demonstrate leadership and influence across client organizations.
• Create visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint for client deliverables.
• Develop process flowcharts with Visio and maintain documentation in Word/SharePoint.
