Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to join our internal team in Charlotte, NC. This role partners with clients and CLA project teams on people-focused changes within large-scale data, technology, and process transformations.

You will develop change plans, drive adoption, and manage readiness, communications, training, and sponsorship activities to deliver sustainable business outcomes. This role requires a strong background in change management and consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, communications, human resources, change management, or a related field. A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in place of a degree.
• Four years of experience in organizational change management, project management, transformation consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption, or resistance management activities.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand strategic objectives, business needs, stakeholders, and risks associated with large-scale process, data, and technology transformations.
• Assess change scope, complexity, organizational readiness, and employee impacts to determine the appropriate change management approach.
• Develop and implement employee-focused change strategies that increase adoption, utilization, and proficiency with new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Create integrated change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, sponsorship, coaching, resistance management, and reinforcement.
• Facilitate change readiness, strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and team effectiveness workshops.
• Develop and manage change roadmaps, timelines, project plans, impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption measures.
• Collaborate with client leaders and CLA project teams to integrate change management activities into broader project and implementation plans.
• Monitor change progress, adoption, resistance, and organizational risks, adjusting strategies to help clients achieve sustainable business outcomes.

How You'll Create Opportunities in This Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant Role

What Would Be Nice to Have

• Prosci, Certified Change Management Professional, or another recognized change management certification.
• Experience supporting technology, data, digital, process, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in a professional services, consulting, or client-facing environment.
• Experience facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations to client leaders and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, communication plans, training strategies, and adoption measurement.

Travel Requirements

This position requires less than 10% travel.
