Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a focused professional to lead engagements in its Disputes and Investigations practice in Boston. You will design, assess, and enhance corporate compliance and ethics programs, conduct internal investigations, and support independent oversight engagements.

You will independently interface with clients, develop engagement approaches, and contribute to market-facing collateral and thought leadership while upholding A&M's standards for integrity, quality, and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Prior experience in compliance and ethics or with government/law enforcement/regulatory agencies is preferred.
• Excellent research and writing capabilities required. Candidates must be able to independently produce complete, polished work products.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects involving the design, assessment, and enhancement of corporate compliance and ethics programs.
• Conducting internal fact-finding investigations involving alleged violations of statutes, regulations, or corporate policies.
• Assisting with independent oversight engagements including corporate monitorships and trusteeships to ensure compliance with mandated requirements.
• Developing and refining engagement approaches and project plans based on guidance from team leadership and experience.
• Independently interfacing with clients and delivering high-quality work product.
• Leading in development of collateral, thought leadership, marketing, and other market-facing projects.
