Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks a capable compliance and ethics professional to lead projects that design and enhance corporate compliance programs and conduct internal investigations. You will work with wide-ranging stakeholders, assess risk, and help deliver polished, actionable conclusions for clients.

You will interface with clients, develop engagement plans, and contribute to market-facing materials while benefiting from a performance-based environment that rewards ownership and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent research and writing capabilities required.
• Candidates must be proficient in MS Office productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to design, assess, and enhance corporate compliance and ethics programs.
• Conduct internal factfinding investigations involving alleged violations of statutes, regulations, or policies.
• Assist with independent oversight engagements including corporate monitorships, trusteeships, receiverships, and other fiduciary roles.
• Develop engagement approaches and project plans based on leadership guidance and experience.
• Interface with clients and deliver high-quality work product.
• Lead development of collateral, thought leadership, marketing, and market-facing projects.
