Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal, a global consulting firm, invites a compliance and ethics professional to join its Disputes and Investigations team. You will lead engagements designing, assessing, and enhancing corporate compliance programs, conduct internal investigations, and support oversight engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior compliance/ethics experience at a company or professional services firm, and/or with government law enforcement or regulatory agencies is preferred.
• Excellent research and writing capabilities; ability to independently produce polished work products.
• Proficient in using MS Office productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to design, assess, and enhance corporate compliance and ethics programs.
• Conduct internal factfinding investigations involving alleged violations of statutes, regulations, or corporate policies.
• Assist with independent oversight engagements including corporate monitorships, trusteeships, receiverships, and other fiduciary roles.
• Develop engagement approaches and project plans based on guidance from team leadership and experience.
• Independently interface with clients and deliver high-quality work product.
• Lead the development of collateral, thought leadership, marketing, and other market-facing projects.
