This role involves leading projects to design, assess, and enhance compliance and ethics programs, conducting internal investigations, and interfacing with clients to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent research and writing capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office productivity and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal fact-finding investigations into alleged violations of statutes, regulations, or policies.
• Design and deliver compliance and ethics program assessments and related projects.
• Interface with clients and deliver high-quality work products independently.
• Develop engagement approaches and project plans with team guidance.
• Contribute to collateral, thought leadership, and market-facing materials.
• Assist with independent oversight engagements including monitorships and fiduciary roles.
