Senior Associate, Middle Office Team Lead

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Middle Office team in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide accounting and trading support activities for funds of moderate complexity with minimal supervision.
2. Perform controls around trade capture, such as Trade Confirmation and T+1 reconciliations.
3. Set up and amend static data on various platforms as needed.
4. Review and distribute reports to the Trading desk, Credit & Market risk, and other groups.
5. Assist with onboarding new trading products and engage in system testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of fixed income products (bonds, interest rate swaps, etc.) preferred.
• Experience in a trade support role within a capital markets group is ideal.
