We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Processing Team Lead to join our Corporate Trust Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (4 days per week in-office required).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Supervise/manage the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team handling all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, and problem resolution.
  • Work with Travelers Insurance on Lost Securities Affidavits and Fees, sending presentations and fees to Travelers once approvals are received.
  • Assist Client Service Managers in processing Lost Securities through the surety waiver/hold process.
  • Manage the daily transactional workflow within the team and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Serve as the first line supervisor for task assignment and issue resolution.
  • Direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their contributions and professional growth.
  • Ensure work volume meets standards and is properly reviewed and documented.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance on moderately complex problems.
  • Act as the team’s initial contact for escalation issues.
  • Participate in recruiting processes.
  • Instruct, assign, and review work of client processing analysts.
  • Prepare performance reviews and give ongoing feedback.
  • Supervise a small client processing team.
  • May be responsible for specific supervisory review and approval actions.
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of team objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience; Bachelors preferred.
  • 7+ years of technical and management experience preferred.
  • Experience in securities or financial services industry a plus.
  • Understanding of Lost Securities, SEC Regulation X-17 Rule 240, Lost Holder, Account Maintenance, and Check Replacement.
  • Knowledge of daily reports and processing steps for lost security correspondence, including SEC turnaround time.
  • Ability to understand legal documents/requirements related to transactions.
  • Knowledge of monthly reporting/metrics – KPIs, audits.
