We are seeking a Senior Associate, Client Processing Team Lead to join our Corporate Trust Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role follows a Hybrid schedule (4 days in-office).

In this role, you will:

1. Supervise the daily operations of a small to medium client processing team handling client accounts, inquiries, and problem resolution.
2. Manage interactions with Travelers Insurance, including handling Lost Securities Affidavits and Fees, and sending presentations and fees post-approval.
3. Assist Client Service Managers with processing Lost Securities through the surety waiver/hold process.
4. Oversee daily transactional workflow and allocate team resources accordingly.
5. Serve as the first-line supervisor for task assignment and issue resolution.
6. Lead, motivate, and develop staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
7. Ensure work volume meets quality and service standards, with proper review and documentation.
8. Provide product knowledge and technical support for moderately complex issues.
9. Act as the initial escalation point for team issues.
10. Participate in recruiting and staff development.
11. Assign, direct, and review client processing analysts' work.
12. Prepare performance reviews and ongoing feedback for staff.
13. Supervise the client processing team and oversee specific review and approval actions.
14. Contribute to team objectives and overall performance.

To succeed, you should have:

1. An Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's preferred.
2. 7+ years of technical and management experience (preferred).
3. Experience in securities or financial services is a plus.
4. Understanding of Lost Securities, SEC Regulation X-17 Rule 240, and related processes.
5. Knowledge of report processing, legal documentation, and monthly reporting.
