Senior Associate, Middle Office I

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a Hybrid position.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

1. Under minimal supervision, provides accounting and trading support activities for funds of moderate complexity.
2. Perform various controls around trade capture such as Trade Confirmation and T+1 reconciliations.
3. Set up and amend where necessary static data on various platforms.
4. Review and distribute reports to the Trading desk, Credit & Market risk and other groups.
5. Help with onboarding new trading products as well as engage in system testing.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

1. Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
2. Bachelors degree preferred.
3. 1-2 years total work experience preferred.
4. Basic understanding of fixed income products (bonds, Interest Rate Swap…) preferred.
5. Prior experience in trade support role in capital markets group is ideal.
