Job Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Associate, Client Processing Team Lead to join our Corporate Trust Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring four days per week in-office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and manage the daily operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team handling client accounts, inquiries, and problem resolution.
  2. Coordinate with Travelers Insurance on Lost Securities Affidavits, Fees, and related presentations, ensuring approvals are processed.
  3. Assist Client Service Managers with processing Lost Securities through the surety waiver/hold process.
  4. Manage transactional workflows and allocate team resources efficiently.
  5. Serve as the first line for task assignment and issue resolution.
  6. Lead, motivate, and develop team members, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
  7. Ensure quality and volume of work meet standards, with proper review and documentation.
  8. Provide technical assistance on moderately complex issues.
  9. Act as the initial escalation point for team issues.
  10. Participate in recruiting and onboarding processes.
  11. Oversee work assignments and performance reviews for client processing analysts.
  12. Contribute to team objectives and development.
Qualifications
  1. Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  2. 7+ years of relevant technical and managerial experience is preferred.
  3. Experience in securities or financial services is a plus.
  4. Knowledge of Lost Securities, SEC Regulation X-17, and related processes.
  5. Understanding of daily reporting, SEC turnaround times, and legal document processing.
  6. Familiarity with monthly reporting metrics and audit procedures.
