Job summary

SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands, based in San Francisco, is seeking an Associate Manager to own and influence demand forecasts for an assigned product portfolio. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to drive aligned forecasts using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

You will champion AI/ML forecasting, manage S&OP processes, and translate brand growth plans into long-range demand assumptions while partnering with key stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Customer Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Demand Planning.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial partners to inform the 24-month demand forecast.
• Lead demand planning for innovation and lifecycle changes.
• Own the demand story within the S&OP process and articulate forecast drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Represent short-term forecast changes within long-range plans across planning horizons.
• Evaluate forecast outputs with supply planning to identify volatility and opportunities.
• Support scenario evaluation and trade-off discussions for demand implications.
• Translate growth plans into long-range demand assumptions with cross-functional partners.
• Champion AI/ML forecasting tools to improve forecast quality and decision speed.
