Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a Consulting Associate, Civil/Environmental/Geotechnical Engineer for in-person work in Philadelphia, PA. You will contribute to remediation projects, support field investigations, and apply best practices alongside ERM’s experts.

You’ll build experience toward professional engineering registration while growing your technical skills and client‑facing abilities in a global consultancy.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with remediation project design for civil, geotechnical and process components.
• Conduct data evaluation, calculations, research, and reporting.
• Support field activities including inspections and QA/QC.
• Conduct stormwater modeling and control design.
• Perform groundwater, soil, air, and vapor sampling.
• Contribute to report development and project deliverables.
