Job summary

Balyasny Asset Management L.P. in Chicago seeks a Senior Associate, Investment Compensation to manage year-end portfolio management compensation processes and support analytics.

You will lead reports, dashboards, and modeling, collaborate with legal on contracts, and drive automation in the PM payout process, partnering with business development and other teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting, banking, compensation, or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining ICM and/or SPM systems (Anaplan, Varicent, Xactly) preferred.
• Hedge Fund and investment manager experience preferred.

In the role of Senior Associate, Investment Compensation, the employee will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting with the year-end portfolio management compensation process (preparation and review of year-end payout sheets)
• Leading or assisting in projects to improve dynamic reporting, dashboarding, and financial modeling
• Key player in enhancing the PM Payout automation process (system and reporting enhancements)
