Job summary

Walker & Dunlop is seeking an Associate Director for Affordable Equity Production in Needham, MA. You will identify and screen LIHTC investments, coordinate due diligence, and prepare investment summaries to place opportunities with investors in a defined region.

You will support the Origination team, manage the pipeline, and work across Investor Relations, Acquisitions, Investment Management, and Asset Management teams. Attendance is 8:30–5:30 Tue–Thu with remote options Mon/Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Identify and screen LIHTC investments meeting guidelines.
• Prepare investment summaries and proposals.
• Maintain pipeline databases and track opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence and review documents.
• Support origination team in nationwide sourcing and negotiations.
• Collaborate across Investor Relations, Acquisitions, and Asset Management.
