Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Counsel, Global Contracts in Alpharetta, GA to lead complex outsourcing and technology contracts and to advise senior stakeholders on contract strategy, risk, and mitigation. The role requires JD (ABA), 8+ years of experience, and bar admission in a U.S. state.

Based in Alpharetta with travel as needed, you will collaborate across business units to drive contracting excellence and innovative processes within the Global Contracts Team.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Member of a state bar in one of the 50 states.
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience focused on contract negotiation, outsourcing and technology transactions.
• Top law firm experience and some in-house experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and close a wide variety of complex outsourcing and technology contracts.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and business leadership to achieve favorable contract outcomes.
• Advise ADP management on contract terms and risk.
• Develop and conduct training on contract terms and ADP positions.
