Elevance Health seeks an Associate General Counsel Senior – Corporate Securities & Finance Attorney to lead legal strategy across public company reporting, corporate finance and investment matters. The role partners with senior leaders in Legal, Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations and Tax and requires deep expertise in securities law and capital markets to advise executives on time-sensitive matters.

Qualifications

• Requires a JD, current license to practice law.
• Minimum 15 years of industry and/or technical legal experience post licensure.
• Experience managing outside counsel and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Advises on securities-law compliance and public company reporting.
• Leads corporate finance, debt offerings and capital-markets matters.
• Oversees insider trading, Section 16 reporting and SEC filings.
• Mentors attorneys and coordinates with outside counsel on complex matters.
